Authenticity Claim Policy

In the unlikely event that a purchased item is determined to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, the buyer must notify AK Luxury within seven (7) days of delivery and provide supporting documentation from the authentication service.

Upon review and verification of the claim, AK Luxury will accept the return of the item and issue a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and must include all accompanying accessories, documentation, and authentication materials.
