Because we specialize in pre-owned luxury merchandise, all sales are considered final.
All Sales Final
Due to the unique nature of luxury resale items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference
- Size, fit, or styling expectations

Authenticity Guarantee
Authenticity is our highest priority.
Every item offered by AK Luxury undergoes a comprehensive authentication review before being listed for sale. For qualifying items, a third-party Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from a recognized authentication service may be included with your purchase and will be noted in the item listing.

Authenticity Claim Policy
In the unlikely event that a purchased item is determined to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, the buyer must notify AK Luxury within seven (7) days of delivery and provide supporting documentation from the authentication service.
Upon review and verification of the claim, AK Luxury will accept the return of the item and issue a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and must include all accompanying accessories, documentation, and authentication materials.
Item Condition
As our inventory consists primarily of pre-owned luxury goods, normal signs of wear may be present. We make every effort to disclose any notable flaws, wear, or imperfections within the item description and photographs.
Customers are encouraged to review all listing details carefully before making a purchase.
